1936-2003

The home was built by Anthony Livingston, kin of Philip Livingston (one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence).
The construction is of narrow gauge brick, brought to this country from Holland to serve as ballast.
The doors and windows are trimmed with white Vermont marble.
Completely renovated in 1931 by sand blasting the exterior and restoring the interior.
